Have the back of your head touch the sides. Some of your weight will be loaded behind your head, continue to push yourself forward with your feet. Move your body forward from your head to the waist until you roll down and move forward. Your head and back should be curved for your knees and your hips to not hurt your waist, all your back should not tumble at the same time. Roll your body into a sitting position and lower your feet flatly at the same time. Depending on your speed at the turn, you may end up with your upper part of your hip or finish it in a sitting position.
